* ALL orders require a 50% (non refundable) deposit at time of placing the order to secure your order. Full payments are required if it’s a last minute order. 
🧁 * Time of collection/delivery will be confirmed during ordering process
🧁 * Orders over £100 can be paid in instalments (weekly, or monthly)
🧁 Failure to pay deposits, and missed payment plans will result in cancellation of your order. (No refunds, sorry) 
🧁 *If for any reason WE have to cancel an order - we will fully refund any deposits paid. 
🧁 * Payments can be made via PayPal (through friends & family or an extra charge of £5 will be given), bank transfer, cash or card.
🧁* We don’t do vegan cakes just yet, however, we do have gluten free on our menu
🧁 * Cupcakes have a minimum order of 6, however we can do 4 if needed 
🧁 * We offer delivery at extra charge depending on location 
🧁 * We DO NOT accept any liability once any orders have been collected. 
🧁 If collected - cakes need to be sat safe in the car, either on the floor or in the boot (instruction form will need to be signed during collection or delivery)
🧁 * Cakes need to in the fridge (or a cool dry place) and taken out 1-2 hours before eating  
🧁 * Once a time and date has been confirmed for your order, we cannot change the times or dates for collection due to other orders
